Fraser is really stupid for choosing that loser Kowalski over Ray Vecchio. Poor RayV! I'll imagine Fraser comes to his senses soon, falls out of love with Kowalski - who is not a prize and is very annoying most of the time and would be horrible for Fraser. Then Fraser returns to RayV and treats him as wonderfully as RayV treats him. Fraser was a horrible person in canon to go off with Kowalski when RayV was recovering from being shot and from being undercover. Fraser was a heartless bastard who doesn't know what true friendship, because Kowalski is not a true friend to him.
