TEotH is a finished draft.  It is being edited and may change from its current form. Illos are in progress.  It will be a completely edited,  illustrated paper zine and e-zine  as soon as it is finished.  However, the complete text will be posted here in support of simultaneous publication until the e-zine is prepared.
