Hi, I'm Owlet, and welcome to my web page. This is my nest, where I post my Sentinel, Due South, Sports Night, and (hopefully coming soon) Stargate SG-1 slash fanfic, and I hope you enjoy your visit here.

The Trilogies

Love--this series is a short, sweet, sappy First Time, with absolutely nothing offensive that I could find. About Jim, Blair, and falling in love. The trilogy is now complete, with One Clear Voice. This series was recommended at Justine's Sen Recs.

A Clear Time This is pre-slash, and is probably G, but I'm going to call it PG to be safe. Not angsy--in fact it might even qualify as smarm, except for the non-gen direction.
Clearly Spoken Words This is the continuation of A Clear Time, rated PG, and takes the series fully into the realm of slash.
One Clear Voice The conclusion to the trilogy, rated PG. Slash, J/B.

Comfort--A series of pain and comfort and first times and falling in love--or rather, realizing that they were in love all the time. Slightly sappy, mostly sweet. Currently at two stories, a third (tentatively titled To Touch Someone) is on the way, and will complete the trilogy.

When Tensions Lessen This is a pre-slash story, with some slight amount of angst. Rated PG.
It Just Feels Right A continuation of the theme, if not exactly the story, of When Tensions Lessen. *Almost* a First-Time story. Rated PG.
To Touch Someone The conclusion of the series, and where friendship moves to a new level of comfort.

Slip Of The Tongue--and oh, what a single slip of the tongue can do! My lighthearted First Time series (yes, another one! :) based around Jim and Blair's verbal play with each other--and on each other. The third story in the trilogy (yes, another trilogy! :) is in progress, and is titled Coming to the Point.

Coming and Going This is slash, rated PG-13 for minor situations and one blistering kiss. :)
Coming to Terms This is the sequel to Coming and Going, and continues the saga. NOT YET POSTED. Rated PG-13 for slash situations.

Stand-Alones

Remembering Those Gone This is a stand-alone slash story I wrote on the IRC the night "Love Kills" aired. It's rated R, angsty, and a First Time.
Through The Eyes Of Another This is a story from the POV of Megan, and is in second person present, so fair warning to all the third-person-past afficionados out there. Mild slash, Rated PG.
Hidden Weaknesses This is a PWP First Time story, that grew a plot when I wasn't looking. I wrote it for Mega, and it appears at Mega's SenTickles Page. Rated NC-17.
On The Water This is a PWP I wrote for saraid, who requested something involving gratuitous sex in a canoe. Here you go, sa! Rated NC-17.
He This is a story about the power of speech and words, and bears an *extremely* faint resemblance to hurt/comfort. Slash, rated NC-17.
Time To Get To Sesame Street A semi-crossover with the Sesame Street production company. Slash, rated PG, J/B.
Mark This story is a "sequel" to Francesca's fantastic In The Eye Of The Beholder: Keyhole, with thanks to her for the wonderful character of Mark. Rated PG, J/B, Mark/other.
Vanilla This is a slow, gentle revelation by Jim, rated PG and absolutely harmless. Recommended at Justine's Sen Recs.
Right Behind Him This was previously published in Come To Your Senses 7. It's a first time, rated PG, J/B.
Playing Games This, written so many moons ago, was my very first sex scene. Enjoy! <G> NC-17, J/B.
Those Left Alone Jim makes a visit he's avoided for a long time. J/B more implied than explicit, PG.
Rose Garden of Trust Blair returns home after a long time away, trying to face his demons. J/B more implied than explicit, PG.

Please Don't Say Goodbye

This series is one of my earliest attempts at writing fanfic, and was co-writted with mcvey, my bestest buddy. It is a heavily angst-laden series, but will have a happy ending eventually. It is still being written and added to (yes, virg, we're still writing on it, we haven't given up yet!) and currently numbers three stories out of an anticipated six. The working title for the series is as above, but please tell one of us if you have an idea for a new one!

Please Don't Say Goodbye Co-authored with mcvey First and title story of the series. This is a slash story, and extremely angsty. No more than PG, or a soft PG-13. Not a death story!
Those Damning Words Co-authored with mcvey This is the sequel to Please Don't Say Goodbye, and is just about as angsty as its precursor. J/B, rated PG-13.
A Different Kind of Courage Co-authored with mcvey This is the third in the series. J/B, angsty, mystical, and rated PG-13. Yes, the next in this series is coming, so have faith--we haven't abandoned it.

The "...and Sex" Series

It's gone! The stories in this series will now only be available a zine we are writing, and that the incredible, amazing Tam and PeeJ are publishing. The zine will contain these six stories, plus at least six more, all illustrated by KOZ, and hopefully will be out for MediaWest 2000. Sweets This series is a collection of light-hearted PWPs, very loosely connected together, and based around some food or sweet that Jim and Blair share with each other.

Honoring A Wager Well, I'm not sure how it happened, but I wrote a Due South story! It's a missing scene from Odds, NC-17, Fraser/Kowalski. Let me know what you think, okay?

Uncovering, The Unexpected, et al--this series has been withdrawn for the moment. I am currently planning to rethink and rewrite all the stories thus far posted, and then link them with some new ones currently in progress and set the entire thing up as a nice, long, completed story. However, that's a long-term project, and the eventual date of completion is uncertain.
