Author's notes: it is my new theory that Vulcan palmistry
relies on  reading the six main lines: Hope, Housing (Home),
Heart, Life,  Longevity and Logic. Spock meditates on what
these six most important  things to a Vulcan means to him.

There are many words in Vulcan for the types of
accommodation one lives in. Some indicating a temporary
abode. Others a domicile much more permanent. But all the
many words indicate a shelter only and never anything more.

Enterprise has become to me more than just a place to live.
More than I can express in any Vulcan words. It has become
a home. And all because his presence in my life has made it
a home. A place of warm welcome, comfort and acceptance. An
oasis for my parched soul. A place full of love and life.

A home.
