EDITORIAL Welcome to HEART AND SOUL 6. This is my final fanzine. I am not sure what the future holds as far as my continuing to write S/H. I do not have any other fandom interests, but I have decided to cease my zine publishing for a variety of reasons. If I do continue to write, my work will most likely be published on the internet. The three stories in this zine come from a variety of places. "Sexperts" was inspired by my regular viewing of the Loveline sex advice show on MTV. Some of the questions in the story are taken directly from the show, others are from my memory of advice columns in various magazines, many of the latter from quite a long time ago. "A Question of Merit" takes place in the established relationship universe that began with "The General" in HAS 2. The story in this issue doesn't directly tie into any of its predecessors, but instead presents yet another conflict in the domestic lives of Starsky and Hutch. If I continue to write, I will most likely continue to produce stories in this established relationship setting. I'd been carrying the vague idea for "Adventure" in my mind for a number of years. As often happens with ideas, the final result turned out to be quite a bit different from the original concept. Flamingo deserves extra credit this time around for doing the research and coming up with a realistic medical situation that fit the needs of the novella to a T. This is another story line that I've given serious thought to writing sequels to. I hope you enjoy it.
