"My whole life, I got "Gee you don't look like a Gonzalez," says out actor Robert Gant, talking to Buzz about his birth name. But Gant's Hispanic heritage did earn him a place as one of the 25 Sexiest Bachelors in the November issue of People En Espanol-just five months after he appeared as one of the 50 Hottest Bachelors in the English-language People.
The June feature was remarkable for its casual approach to his being gay, Gant says: "I was just one of the gang." The mag en espanol was "much more interested in some skin," and the Spanish Q&A probes the Queer as Folk grad's most romantic moment (a past Valentine's Day date) and the most dangerous place he has "made love: (a hotel stairway and the woods). But why, oh, why, the Buzz wants to know, is he still a bachelor at all? "I don't really want another boyfriend," he says. "I've had a lot of boyfriends. I want a partner."
