The Straight Series: OOC
I was challenged to a straight Lex. Clark/Lex UST, 100 words

"I'm an alien, Lex." Clark said. "I'm sorry I didn't tell you. I was so
scared. But I'm telling you now. Please forgive me. You're my best friend.
And..." He hesitated. "And I love you. I've been in love with you since the
first day I saw you."

Lex didn't know what to say.

"Please say you'll forgive me. Please say you'll still be my friend. And...
maybe more than a friend?" Could Clark dare hope?

Lex swallowed uncomfortably.

"I forgive you, of course I do. I understand. And I don't mind that you're
an alien. But... I'm straight."

"Huh?"

Second in the Straight Series. Lionel. 60 words

Clark had left, crushed.

"Um, straight?" Lionel inquired.

Lex nodded.

"Are you sure you know the meaning of the word, son?"

Lex sighed. "Contrary to popular belief, dad, I am heterosexual."

"And the looks?"

"What looks?"

"The ones you've been giving this Kent boy."

"He's my friend!" Lex was outraged. Lionel simply shook his head.

"Straight."

"Yes."

"You."

"Yes."

"Huh."

Part III:  Revelations
Third in the Straight Series. Clark/Lex UST. 100 words

"I'm sorry, Clark. I didn't mean to hurt your feelings." Lex didn't want to
lose his best friend over this. Clark shrugged miserably.

"No, it's okay. We're still buddies, right?" Clark offered a shaky hand and
a watery smile. Lex hugged him.

"Of course."

Clark returned the hug, careful not to squeeze too hard.

"I'm sorry I came on to you so strong."

Lex shrugged. "It's okay. A lot of people think I'm gay."

Clark nodded, not voicing the 'duh' on the tip of his tongue. "Why do you
think that is?" He inquired.

Lex hadn't thought about that.

"Huh."

Part IV:  But Not in a Gay Way
Fourth in the Straight Series. Clark/Lex. 60 words

"I'm still straight."

"I know." Clark rolled over and dumped the condom in the trash bin.

"I mean, you're still my best friend, Clark," Lex had to make sure Clark
understands. "And the sex was fantastic. But it doesn't mean I'm gay."

"Of course not." Clark wrapped his arms around his warm, naked, straight,
best friend. "Wanna cuddle?"

Lex smiled.
