'Till Death Do Us Part
It's not over 'till it's over, Kronos/Methos

'Till Death Do Us Part.

That was, oddly enough, the last thing through Methos' mind when he saw Macleod's sword rise over his fallen brother's neck. A relatively new phrasing of an oath older than time; eternity doesn't exist for most kinds. Forever only means until death.

Methos fell down to his knees when the lightning and winds raved around his head, looked up to see Macleod in the centre of a similar storm, and -

"Do us part, brother?" It was whispered clearly into his ear, familiar and casual. Methos' head whipped around searching for the source. On the other side, at Macleod's feet, Kronos' body lay still.

And the whisper continued.

"I think our time together has only just begun."
