Jack's mouth tastes like salt. James long ago got over being surprised at the softness of the lips he now slides his tongue over. He dips into the hot moist well, savouring the welcome he finds there; the feisty way Jack wraps himself around James, how he strokes back along the length for each inquiring foray. James never tires of kissing Jack. Each time is a brand new adventure, no longer uncharted waters but always exciting and filled with unexpected pleasures.

He lifts his head just enough to lean his forehead against Jack's, pushing the bandana off and freeing a wild tangle of black, writhing braids and dreadlocks. Jack shakes his head and makes them squirm like snakes. James looks into the depths of one dark eye, because it's all he can see right then. Their eyelashes flicker and tangle and James is forced to close his eyes because what he sees is Jack's heart, his spirit and it's all for him. It's all for James.

One hand creeps up to hover over Jack's face and finally settles on a tempting cheek. His fingertips trace the sloping bone under his eye, one of the pair that captured his fancy the first time they met. Jack's hands are busy, too, sliding under James's shoulder blades, stroking his ribs, his spine, and trailing to the small of his back and teases the top of the valley between the gentle swells. James shifts restlessly under his touch, not quite a tickle, not yet a caress. He pulls out of Jack's embrace to sit up and straddle his lover's knees. Hands run restlessly across the taut abdomen. His thumbs slide up, up the hairless chest to rest on the sharp bones framing Jack's head and shoulders. James rubs there, fascinated by the structure of Jack. It's an odd thing to fixate upon, but there is much about Jack that is odd and perhaps it is affecting how James sees things, sees the world, sees Jack.

He stares for a while.

A quirk of the soft, captivating lips, a flutter of coy eyelashes and both draw a sound from James; half-growl, more whimper of need. James dives forward, plunging, sacrificing without giving up a thing, willingly losing his soul as he gives everything to Jack. Kissing him as he starves for it, James loves.
