Agents Mulder and Scully Investigate Monsters, The Supernatural And Biological Warfare
Next month, Agents Mulder and Scully will confront their most dangerous cases -- and darkest fears -- on THE X-FILES on FOX. Beginning Sunday, April 26 (9:00-10:00 PM ET/PT), and leading up to the cliffhanger fifth season finale Sunday, May 17, THE X-FILES will present four consecutive new episodes.
Episode highlights:
- Sunday, April 26 -- The unexplained death of a disabled young girl prompts a priest to ask Agent Scully (Gillian Anderson) for help, but her investigation leads her to a mystery shešs afraid to understand on "All Souls."
- Sunday, May 3 -- While investigating a dangerous group of anti-government terrorists experimenting with biological warfare, Scully begins to grow suspicious of Mulder (David Duchovny), whose increasingly strange behavior suggests he may be serving another agenda on "The Pine Bluff Variant."
- Sunday, May 10 -- Mulder and Scully encounter a delusional man who believes his boss may be a monster -- and is willing to pay any price to prove it -- on "Folie a Deux."
- Sunday, May 17, Season Finale -- An attempted assassination draws Mulder and Scully into an investigation that strikes at the heart of the X-Files, bringing an important person from Mulderšs past into direct conflict with Scully on "The End."
Chris Carter is the creator and executive producer of THE X-FILES, which is produced by 20th Century Fox Television in association with Fox Broadcasting Company. Robert Goodwin is also an executive producer; Frank Spotnitz is co-executive producer; Vince Gilliagan is supervising producer and Kim Manners, Rob Bowman, Paul Rabwin and J.P. Finn are producers.
