Dealing With Hatred
by Patt Paulos-Darrow
The hatred that is on the streets these days is scarier than hell.
Everyone knows to keep their children close to them, and keep them well.
Children can't go outside and play like they would like to do.
Trying to explain this all to them is very hard for you.
Hatred starts at home, and that is something you will have to control.
Because if they do something wrong and hurt someone, God forgive your soul.
Someone has to take the blame, and there is no doubt.
There will have to be new things that they can learn about.
It is getting like Ireland where nothing is safe for long.
Maybe if you teach them good things, they can become strong.
I hope for their sakes, they will learn good things instead of bad.
Because all of these children are the only ones you had.
