Lewisville ISD Training Engine (ex-Grand Prairie, 1996 Pierce Lance 1250-500, #E9553), Lindsay Dye, January 2020. This engine is used in the high school firefighter training program which is a joint venture of the Lewisville ISD and North Central Texas College. The initial class began in the fall of 2018 and is a two year course. Three semesters are based on fire science and one semester is based on EMT curriculum.
