He watched the man all day. He had been watching him since the man first got his attention. This man. This man was so like Joxer it was not funny. He was afraid of so much and he tried so hard. Too hard in his opinion. He watched the man struggle with a life that was not what he was intended for.

He watched the man take abuse, verbal and physical from the little ditz that had been called to be the Slayer. However such a self entered little brat such as her had ever been chosen he would never know.

He watched, as the truly useless one was cruel, like Joxer's older brother Jett had been.

He watched as the man sat alone and ate very little. He saw exclusion, pain and loneliness. He saw a need for change. He saw....His Chosen. His Wesley
