I hang by my wrists as he stands behind me running the whip over my back. I know this seems odd to most people and that we would likely be called sick.

I know they would think me crazy but they don't understand. Every time I've had it gentle it's been rape.
Every time it was gentle it was not with Him.
Only He is the only one who can make me know I really feel what I think I feel.
Only He can reach into the silence that is my life when not embroiled with
Chaos.
Only He can wrap me in his arms and make me feel safe and sheltered and give me a place of rest.
