THERE WAS SOMETHING IN HIS EYES THAT SAID HE WAS BROKEN..... deep blue

eyes stared up at her with a heart rendering plea. With a deep sigh the book was sat down. Needle and thread took its place, as the woman once again stitched up her young sons favorite toy. How the tail kept coming off was a mystery. But once again the animal was ready to protect her son from the demons of the night. The smile the child gave her was well worth the time and effort to make the repair.
