Though it was unknown to us until now, email support tickets were being delivered to our Helpdesk system Freescout, and we were acting on them. However, due to an internal configuration issue (that was hidden to us until this morning) emails were not going OUT. So if you get an email about a ticket that was from one day to a couple of months ago, that is why.
