NOTE:

Norman Stronach worked as a baker, specializing in "English" muffins for his cousin's chain of Foster's Restaurants in San Francisco, Calif. Around 1935-36, his steamer trunk of belongings arrived home in Nova Scotia, so brother Reis looked for Norman to follow shortly thereafter. When, however, Norman failed to arrive or be heard from in a reasonable amount of time, Reis contacted the cousins in San Francisco, who instituted a search for Norman with no luck in finding him. After a few years, Reis died and their sister, Flora, again contacted Abner Foster, to try to find Norman, and was then told that he had gone to New York. To this day, no one has heard of or from Norman Stronach, who would most certainly have died by now.
