What makes something kinky? What one person finds odd, another will do without thinking twice. Kinkyness, like beauty, is in the eye of the beholder. Some of the stuff listed here will gross some of you out (some of it squicks me..), others will page through it thinking "What does he mean, 'kinky'? I do this all the time..."

There's also a big difference between having a kink and having a fetish. A kink is an activity or accessory that you enjoy, while a fetish is one without which you can't get any pleasure.

Some like it hairy, some like it smooth, and some like it *really* smooth. If you think shaving your legs is a bitch, try shaving your balls... And it itches something fierce growing back. Other than that, shaving can be fun. Doing each other is an incredibly intimate experience (how many people would you trust with sharp metal implements around your privates?) and getting rid of the pubic bush makes your dick look bigger.

Chicks with dicks: don't you just love that phrase? Transexuals who have taken the hormones and gotten tits, but haven't yet (or don't want to) gone the rest of the way and chopped off their dicks.

Male and female are supposed to be mutually exclusive, you're either one or the other. She-males are both, and at the same time neither. They break our patterns of thought, our entire concept of gender identity. This is an incredibly powerful image, and I can certainly see why some people are attracted to it.

Another clothing kink/fetish. Either you're turned on by the feel of a material, or you're not. Personally, I don't dig this one. It's a royal pain to put on, you sweat like a pig, and you've got to have an absolutly perfect body or it looks like shit.

This seems to be a major sub-genre of kink. There are websites, videos, magazines and clubs for feet lovers. Toe-sucking, foot worship, I've even seen a guy get foot-fucked (like fisting, only more so). If you go out with a foot fetishist, you at least know you're gonna get a wicked foot massage out of it.

Footwear is a closely related kink. Adidas, workboots, hip waders, combat boots, Doc Martens or Keds, all say something about the wearer. Sometimes it's more than you think.

Voyeurism is liking to watch, exhibitionism liking being watched. Without someone to perform for them, voyeurs would be lost. Without someone looking on, exhibitionists would be bored. These two go together like software and hardware.

Sex clubs are great places to indulge either prediliction, there's always someone doing something or standing around while you get done.

I'm still looking for a good picture to illustrate this point. Plain white taper candles are best for this, don't use dark colored wax because it gets too hot. The drops are hot enough to shock, but not to burn. The thrill comes from the momentary jolt of heat on skin, and the endorphin rush. Not really that kinky, but one of my personal faves and since I'm the author of this site, I get to include whatever I want.
